THE MISSING CUBAN MUSICIANS

Ned Sublette is the co-founder of Qbadisc, a musician, and now an author with a book out on the history of Cuban music. He has played an important role in the last 15 years, building bridges between Cuba and the US around music. 

The report was the subject of an on-line broadcast by Louis Head, Cuba Research & Analysis Group, and immigration attorney Bill Martinez, who produced three valuable appendices in the report regarding visa processing, and made many suggestions and comments. Bill Martinez has played a  leading role over the years in making it possible for many Cuban musicians to enter the country. Timba.com has details on this broadcast.
